CHECK-IN

Unless there are special needs of our guests, rooms will be delivered between 15:30 and 19:00. However, we kindly ask you to inform us of your estimated time of arrival at least in the morning of the day of arrival.

Customers are invited, upon arrival, to provide proof of identification for the completion of the P.S. form and to regularise at the same time the payment of the stay booked through the website

The agreed price for your stay in our B&B includes the use of the room and bathroom, breakfast, the supply of towels and bed linen, the use of TV and air conditioners/heat pumps, and the use of all bathroom accessories. 

There is no timetable for entering and leaving the facility; guests may leave and re-enter at their leisure.

Small animals are allowed inside the Bed & Breakfast, only for hygienic reasons and for possible allergies of other guests, except by prior agreement 

It is also not permitted, for reasons of public safety, for guests to let other people into the Bed & Breakfast at any time.

CHECK-OUT

Please note that, on the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10 a.m. to allow for cleaning and handing over to new arrivals; a delay will result in an additional night being charged.

Rooms and the bathroom should normally be vacated by 10.00 a.m. to allow for daily tidying up and cleaning, please arrange your personal belongings accordingly. After these times, daily cleaning is not guaranteed. We recommend a correct and civilised use of the toilets, avoiding throwing anything into the toilet (use the bins provided).

Inside the bedroom or bathroom you will find everything you need: blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products, etc. For any other needs please do not hesitate to ask, we will do our best to accommodate you.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served at the time agreed on the previous day, in any case between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. 

Guests are requested to inform us of their preferred beverages (a choice of coffee, barley, tea, chocolate and milk) upon arrival. On the table, guests will find bread, butter, assorted jams, honey and other local baked goods.

Please inform us of any known food intolerances and allergies.

The preparation and consumption of meals is prohibited in the rooms at all times. It is also forbidden to use the kitchen and crockery unless special arrangements have been made.

BED AND BREAKFAST RULES AND REGULATIONS

It is forbidden on the premises: Smoking to connect any electrical appliance brought along to the electrical system (with the exception of the electric shaver at the bathroom sockets).

It is recommended to respect silence during the canonical hours of 22.00-08.00 and 14.00-16.00. In any case, please behave in such a way that at no time of the day, and in no way, damages the tranquillity of others.

Each guest is obliged to compensate for any damage caused to the B&B and for the improper use of additional equipment. At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned. In case of loss, the damage will be charged. Please take care to turn off room lights, air conditioners, TVs, and other equipment when you are out of the room.

We accept no liability for the loss, theft or damage of items belonging to you. We shall not be liable for any inefficiency due to total or partial failure of supplies such as gas, electricity, water, telephone line or internet connection beyond our control.

BOOKINGS

Reservation requests can be made via a simple e-mail to info@donnateresab&b.it or by telephone, and you will receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt, together with details of how to make payment.

Deposits can be made by bank transfer or credit card.

In the event that, for unforeseeable reasons, the booked property should become unavailable due to extraordinary maintenance or force majeure, we will find suitable accommodation, or, at the customer's request, return the full amount received as a deposit without further claims.

In case of cancellation more than 3 days before the stay or in case of no cancellation, the cost of the first night will be charged.
